The remote interpreter / TM-PC Pro
Professional remote interpretation services connecting you with certified interpreters instantly, breaking down communication barriers wherever you are.
For Whom?
Interpretation centers
The Remote Interpreter / TM-PC Pro is designed for interpreting centers and interpreting agencies that perform interpreting assignments in sign language and written interpretation. With the Remote Interpreter, you can choose whether you want to offer remote interpreting in addition to on-site interpreting. Remote interpreting means that the interpreter is in their office. This results in better interpreter utilization, fewer trips and the possibility of remote interpretation in cases where there is a risk of spreading infection. With the Remote Interpreter, it is possible to have up to six parties in video and voice calls in addition to that. For effective interpretation, it is rarely effective to have more people connected.
Companies and Organizations
The Remote Interpreter can also be used in other contexts. These can be organizations that want to handle volunteer activities for the deaf, deaf-blind, hearing-impaired and others. Companies, schools, educational centers and study associations that want to be inclusive. To reduce the hassle of connecting to remote meetings, with TM-PC Pro it works right away.
Get started quickly with Open Standard and call wherever you want
The remote interpreter/TM-PC Pro
The remote interpreter/TM-PC Pro is the easiest way to get started with an interpretation center and inclusive remote communication in organizations. Once everything is installed, it is also easy to quickly make remote calls and set up remote meetings. Easy to use and no hassle, which is important for being able to operate quickly.
TM-PC PRO
TM-PC PRO follows the open standard for Total Conversation and works together with commercial video telephony solutions that are available in companies today. It is also possible to have video meetings with all those who currently have video/image telephony prescribed by Sweden's regions. The latter has also proven to be interesting for municipalities. With this open standard platform, everyone can call each other crosswise. All of this makes TM-PC PRO one of the world's most advanced video conferencing systems.
How remote meetings work
It is possible to mix call types in the conference/group call. Conference participants who only use voice calls can participate at the same time as others who only use video or real-time text. This means that even people who are deaf, deaf-blind or hard of hearing can participate in a mixed telephone and video conference. Everyone is involved in the way that suits them. Via video, voice, real-time text or using Braille (Braille). TM-PC PRO offers great flexibility to meet real needs. The complexity of conference calls can be extremely great.
The TM-PC PRO user, who can be an interpreter or operator of some kind, has full control over the call. This is thanks to T-Meeting's proprietary Multi Conference Unit solution (MCU). The user interface and layout are therefore developed in close cooperation with interpreters and end users. A similar layout is used on all T-Meeting products/clients

Follows MFD's definition of Total Conversation
Which means that it functions as both a video phone and a text phone, and provides opportunities to mix sign language, speech and written text.
Supports the world standard
For real-time text RFC 4103/T.140 as well as SIP-based real-time text "Reliable text". This is possible thanks to T-Meeting's protocol GREAT which enables automatic adaptation to the counterpart's text protocol. This ensures you have functional real-time text communication.
SIP-based
Client that can participate in video conferences with other major systems from, for example, Cisco and Polycom. Possibility to join video conferences with multiple participants.
System Requirements & Technical Specifications
Basic Requirements
Operating system requirements:
Windows 10 or later
Processor
Intel i5 or better recommended
Camera
Logitech C920 or equivalent recommended
Connection Requirements
The network cable is connected with an RJ45 terminated cable (Cat 5e or better). Connection to Wi-Fi is made via an access point that supports 802.11b/g/n.
The software can communicate over the network with the following protocols: HTTP (TCP port 80) and SIP (TCP/UDP port 5060) and RTP (dynamic port assignment).
A router with support for SIP-ALG (Application Level Gateway) needs to have this support disabled.
Symmetric NAT (Network Address Translation) is not supported without access to a translation solution (In our case SBC [Session Border Controller]. If required, STUN or ICE).
Video & Audio
Windows VLC video player, download from www.videolan.org/vlc/
Comes with high-quality camera as accessory
Crystal clear video and audio quality: CIF, VGA and HD with 30 or 60 fps
TM-PC supports both SIP-based real-time text "Reliable text" and provides T.140 support by using T-Meeting's own protocol GREAT for automatic adaptation (this is needed when your counterpart supports only one of these standards)
Wi-Fi or fixed connection and data connection required
You download the TM app
Integration & Standards
Possibility to join a video conference with multiple participants.
SIP-based client that can participate in video conferences with other major systems from, for example, Cisco and Polycom.
Real-time text with embedded text, video and audio. T-Meeting's 'GREAT' protocol automatically selects between different text protocols and thus ensures you have a functioning communication. You can therefore communicate with counterparts that use different types of text protocols.
TM-PC supports both SIP-based real-time text "Reliable text" and provides T.140 support by using T-Meeting's own protocol GREAT for automatic adaptation (this is needed when your counterpart only supports one of these standards). "Reliable text" is supported by the Swedish Post and Telecom Agency and internationally by ITU-T.140/IETF RFC4103.
TM-PC PRO Follows the standard for Total Communication and thus handles all types of media such as Video - Voice - Chat in Real-time Text.
The Norwegian national sign language and text telephony service uses TM-PC PRO in HD quality down to a bandwidth of 512 kbps. High video clarity combined with a high number of frames per second enables TM PC-PRO to reliably and reliably read the end user's and interpreter's sign language.
