Since T-Meeting AB is a private operator, we are covered by the Act on the Accessibility of Certain Products and Services. The supervisory authority is the Swedish Post and Telecom Agency (PTS). If you are not satisfied with how we handle your complaint, or feel that we do not meet the accessibility requirements, you can contact PTS to file a complaint.
Technical information about accessibility
The website is partially compliant with accessibility requirements. The following deficiencies have been identified (status: June 2025):
Color contrast
- Text with insufficient contrast occurs in several places, which affects readability for users with low vision or color vision.
HTML structure
- Some pages are missing lang attributes
- The heading structure on some pages is unclear or inconsistent, which can make it difficult to understand the logical division of content and reduce accessibility for users who rely on assistive devices.
Links and navigation
- Some links have generic link text, which impairs navigation with screen readers
- Aria-current is missing on selected pages
- Some parts of the website are not properly labeled with labels or roles, making it difficult for assistive devices to interpret and present the content in an accessible way.
Images and media
- Some images lack alt text
- A number of iframes lack a title attribute.
Page titles and metadata
- Some pages lack a clear and descriptive page title, which can affect both accessibility for users with assistive devices and the website's visibility in search engines.
ARIA and semantics
- Multiple invalid ARIA attributes have been identified
- Some list structures are incorrectly marked up, which can affect reading and interpretation.

- An independent review conducted by EaseAccess24.com in April 2025
- Automated testing with Lighthouse and WAVE tools
- Manual testing with screen readers, keyboards, and code review
- In addition to the external review, we have also conducted an internal self-evaluation
We are continuously working to improve accessibility and comply with WCAG 2.1 levels A and AA.
